Owner: Chef Jermaine Allen
Chef Jermaine Allen, owner of chop.cook.eat. Personal Chef Service, was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. His passion for food and interest in cooking began at a very young age, making meals for his family and friends. Holidays, dinner parties, sporting events, you name it, he wanted to cook for it.
After attending the University of South Carolina, years of studying to become a Mechanical Engineer, and over a decade of work as a Quality Specialist for BMW, Chef Allen’s love of cooking led him to pursue a culinary degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He graduated with honors and is now a member of the American Private and Personal Chef Association (APPCA) and the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Allen is constantly researching new recipes and healthy cooking techniques to stay current with the latest food trends, offering busy clients a stress-relieving solution to the challenges of meal planning and preparation. His goal is to provide free time, peace of mind, and delicious home cooked meals for his clients.
